What we collect
When you join the founding-access waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and the date and time of the signup. The form also uses a short-lived, non-reversible network identifier to limit automated abuse; it expires after 15 minutes.
How we use it
We use your email address to send DIVIDEND development updates, founding-access news, and release information. A new-signup notification may also be sent to the site administrator.
Where it is stored
Your signup is stored in this site's WordPress database. We do not sell your email address, use it for third-party advertising, or intentionally share it with data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist records while DIVIDEND is in development and while founding-access communications remain active, unless you ask us to remove your address sooner.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe through any email we send. You can also request access to or deletion of your waitlist record by emailing chris.deck@elementalai.tech.
Future updates
If the game, website, or email provider changes how personal information is handled, this notice will be updated before those new practices apply.
